Frequently asked questions

What do I need to send for a quote?

Your artwork or a reference photo, label type, material and size, quantities per style, colour and size, finishing, testing and packing requirements, and the target delivery date and place. The online label designer asks for all of this.

Does NTP make a sample before production?

Yes. NTP prepares a sample for you to check, notes any changes and only starts bulk production once you confirm the approved version.

How long does production take?

Lead time depends on label size, weave density, number of colours, materials, finishing and packing. NTP gives a firm lead time with the quote, based on the actual order.

Can NTP make labels from recycled materials?

Yes. NTP is Global Recycled Standard certified. For orders that require recycled or traceable materials, documents are matched to each product.

Do you test for pH, formaldehyde and colour fastness?

Yes. The tests, acceptance limits, testing lab and timing are agreed before the order starts.
