Production capacity

Two main lines, woven labels and printed labels, plus finishing, inspection and packing. Lead time depends on label size, weave density, number of colours, materials and packing.

Quality management

The weaving and printing workshops each have their own QC lead reporting to the Board of Directors. Any pH, formaldehyde or colour-fastness testing is agreed before the order starts.

Incoming inspectionMaterial type, specification, colour and condition checked.

Sample and specification checkContent, size, layout, colour, material and finishing.

In-process controlSharpness of text and artwork, consistency, cutting, folding, ink adhesion.

Pre-shipment inspectionChecked against the approved sample, style numbers and quantities; non-conforming goods set aside.
