This policy covers the ntplabels.vn website and the NTP Quản lý mobile app, an internal app for the company’s staff. NTP only collects what it needs to advise customers, run production and manage the company. We never sell or share information with third parties for advertising.
Information collected on the website
- When you send a quote request, a consultation request or sign up for the newsletter: your name, phone number, email, company, the content of your request and the language of the page you used.
- The list of label samples you pick is stored in your browser until you send the request.
- The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Information in the NTP Quản lý app
- Staff accounts are created by the company: name, login or phone number, department and job title. Accounts cannot be created in the app.
- Work data staff enter: production progress, quality checks, delivery notes, attendance times, leave requests and internal tasks.
- Photos taken with the camera during quality checks or deliveries, and the receiver’s on-screen signature.
- A device token used to deliver notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Biometric unlock (Face ID, fingerprint) stays on the device; NTP never receives biometric data.
How we use it
- To advise, quote and contact customers at their request.
- To coordinate production between departments, check quality, deliver orders, record attendance and pay staff.
- To send work notifications to the right person.
Storage and security
- Data is stored on the company’s server in Vietnam over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed; accounts are locked temporarily after repeated wrong passwords.
- Each department only sees its own work; prices and receivables are visible only to management, accounting and sales.
- Data is backed up daily and backups are kept for 14 days.
Sharing
- NTP does not sell or rent information. The only third-party service is Google Firebase, which delivers notifications to phones and receives only a notification’s title and short text.
- NTP discloses information to authorities only when required by law.
Your rights
- Customers may ask to see, correct or delete the information they sent through the website.
- Staff may ask management to lock or delete their app account; when someone leaves the company the account is locked and work records are kept as accounting rules require.
